Surface mining always requires permits from multiple agencies including MSHA. But you don't seem to understand - Mt. Vernon is underground mining. Even more permits.

MSHA site shows Thanks Elon LLC and Lazarus Mining LLC are the owners of the Vernon, and it has been inactive since 2022.
NBRI press release from July 2024 said they acquired it. Any proof of this, or is this just a lie?
The Taber mine owners are Joe Edwards and Alfred Gray, and has no activity except a hazard complaint inspection on 11/07/24, with 5 citations given to a Big Pine Mining.

I don’t see any connection between NBRI and either of these two mines. Looks like the SEC needs to investigate these fake press releases.

Mt. Vernon can't be mined until it has all federal, state, and county permits. MSHA still shows the mine as "abandoned", so it is not fully permitted.

Nobody was saying it couldn't be mined because it is unpatented.

Actually from what I've seen the last 2 or 3 days, I'm getting a strong sense that good things are coming our way....as the outside downward pressure increases....it only makes me feel that we will soon see a serious upward move....sort of like a coiled spring....a rebound based on market sentiment....and consistently being kept up to date by the CEO ....it only takes a bit to send a penny stock flying and this has all the makings of the "real deal" scenario....because it is ..the real deal

There you go again with the P.Geo stuff. We had this argument before. A P.Geo is not required in the states. A Qualified Person can sign off on it and per the SEC the qualified person doesn't even have to be a third party or outside source.

In 1994 blm placed a moratorium on patented claims, they can no longer be owned privately, but can be mined. All new claims are unpatented.

Nope. A picture is not a substitute for a technical report or PR signed off by a P.Geo. Or a substitute for audited financials.

That picture could have been taken anywhere. Or 10 yrs ago. Or simply staged.

This is the same company that PRd about rhodium grades higher (by far) than any mine on earth. No nice way to put it....... they're liars.

It took about 15m shares dumped into the Bid yesterday to temporarily take out support at .001. But with no follow up selling, how is that flipper going to buy back the shares? There are only about 5m on the Ask at .0011, and under 2m Ask at .0013.

Since traders need to buy shares back in order to flip again, it looks like the dump was a cute, but money loosing idea.

They will be going into the weekend scared, hoping that no news comes out Monday.

Love this Pic....1,725 Views....on ❌️......North Bay Resources recovered gold from cleanup of Knudsen Bowl centrifuge. Primary concentrate exits the centrifuge through the center hole, additional gold is collected in the Bowl ridges and is flushed every load, approximately every 10 minutes - see pic below. Tailings report to the shaker table for secondary recovery.

Good question. They reported that mining crews were onsite last fall and were going to take 500 tons. What happened? PR bullshit.
