I bagged up some more $NLST. Set some GTC sell orders well above $1.00 so the shares can't be loaned out to short sellers.

SilviaJ $NLST The oldest lawsuit we have (other than the shameful 912 suit against Google from 2009) is Netlist's West District of Texas lawsuit . It is against Micron and dates from April of 2021. It includes patents 833, 314, 035, and 608.

The WD TX case has been stayed pending Micron's IPR's of the patents in the case. So how far along are we in the IPR's?

The 833 Patent was found to be invalid.

The 035 Patent exited with some claims valid.
The 608 Patent was found to be valid.

So that leaves only the 314 patent which was found to have all claims patentable in its IPR. It needs to go to CAFC....but our chances of winning there are high.

As I posted earlier this week, the 314 Patent is ready for Oral Hearings. So, let's get this appeal complete by the 3rd quarter and have our oldest patent case resume in the 4th quarter against Micron.
https://media.stocktwits-cdn.com/api/3/media/1408373/default.jpeg

Yes, but the appeal will not be due to patent invalidity arguments like the other cases. Those appeals had to be accepted by CAFC.

If no mishaps occur in the WD TX case, the chances of appealed being granted are essentially zero. If appeal is denied, money is due.

But the inside track on "pressure" goes to the potential 608 patent injunction case which could come soon (pending the breach of contract case in March of this year).

US Patent & Trademark Office
Patent Application US-20250021232-A1

METHOD TO IMPLEMENT A REDUNDANT ARRAY OF INDEPENDENT DISKS WITH HIGH CAPACITY SOLID STATE DRIVES

computational storage device (CSD) 🧐😉
🚀 🚀 🚀

The industry is tinkering, if you read on.
Netlist has an idea for this, a puzzle in the memory system. Not a bad idea that Hong🫢 can also contribute to modern developments 😉💪

The two totally stupid idiots here will of course say that the idea 💡 is copied from the industry, stolen from the library😉.

abstract:
A system can include a host computer system and a host system bus coupled to the host computer system. One or more storage devices can be coupled to the host system bus and configured to store data. Additionally, a computational storage device (CSD) can be coupled to the host system bus and configured to receive a data write request comprising data from the host computer system.

Yea, it has been a long strange trip.
Early last year 2024, I was curisng myself for NOT buying more shares when it dropped to .77.
Early this year 2025, I am glad I have the will power NOT to buy any more shares as it dropped to .70.
Because all my shares would still be in the RED!!!

Just have to NOT Freak Out as the pps drops more.

What a long strange trip it’s been.

I remember posting about a hopeful share price of $50-$100. Now we post wishing for it to hold 70 cents. I hope the worm turns.

I just checked the PTAB site to see if there were any fresh rulings - but there's nothing. Then I checked the Court listener site for any fresh rulings or motions - None.

I wonder what exactly is driving this little rise....

microby STORAGE AT MEMORY SPEEDS, MEMORY AT STORAGE CAPACITY

Is there somebody who will manage to elevate the lower level NAND to a higher stage, right next to DRAM?
nobody!?
i don't think so, i heard from a friend that netlist could do it

To calm down readers who have not yet understood Netlist, I am not calling for positive PR that would be a ‘flash in the pan’, I am not giving clever advice to boost profits. I can also say for mine that Jason Sheasby & team have been very, very successful so far. You don't understand, you have no idea of what really moves Netlist if you don't recognise that!

from a random document, no direct reference to Netlist, but wonderfully illustrates the hybrid idea of setting 💡 capacity to dram speed

"Nvidia (NVDA) closed at 68 cents per share which is one penny less than NLST's close today at 69 cents"

Only because you are nott accounting for the FORWARD splits. NVDA never TRADED at 68¢ per share.

Classic pennyscam pumpster BS. Usually the pumpers cite AAPL or MSFT claiming they were once pennystocks - only they weren't, it is only by ignoring the many FORWARD stocksplits that one reaches those very misleading numbers.

Crockery and really low, low class pumpster tactics. This is like 2nd grade level pumptard misdirection junk.

CONgrats, you made a very chumptastic post and destroyed any possibility of readers giving you any credibility going forward.

Just for a little bit of market trivia, on this day January 15, 2016, Nvidia (NVDA) closed at 68 cents per share which is one penny less than NLST's close today at 69 cents. Nvidia closed today at $136.24 and that's after having done a 10 for 1 forward split in June 2024.

Hey, even us septuagenarians can dream! I mean like NLST=NVDA over time. One never gets too old to have a dream and a plan in place to accomplish that dream. Of course, there is no guarantee that any of our dreams will come to fruition even when we have meticulously strived to make it happen. But that's life so all we can do is keep moving forward and try to make it happen. Most all of my investment goals at this point in life aren't for my benefit personally anyway, but they are for the benefit of my children and grandchildren. So, I will happily dream on.

Disappointing buy/sell ratio here, on a terrifically strong market day.

I'm betting the next OTC short interest report shows further shorting of NLST.

These guys are relentless. They KNOW they are losing in the court cases and will probably continue to do so. They are trying to drive NLST into the ground with a decreasing share price.

I'm still bullish. NLST will win.

I've said this for years. Nothing shows management's belief in a share price bottom than them spending their own money to buy shares. Of course with Hong and Gail getting all the 'free' shares they'll ever need, it's unfortunately true they may never buy. Nevertheless, at least for optics, to show they believe it's about bottomed out, some Form 4 buys would be beautiful. But it's either 1) they don't believe this is the bottom, or 2) they don't care about shareholders (which seems to have been proven repeatedly by them diluting and giving their buddy Suji those discounted shares.). Of course both 1 and 2 could both be true too.

But hey, anything below $.70 is a SCREAMMING Buy!!.... until we drop below $.60. 😂😂

Rich received a BSEE from UCSD and his JD from USD School of Law, and he relishes both the technical and legal aspects of practicing patent law. Stokd $NLST Been a rough week on the west side of LA, some friends and family evacuated, few lost homes…tough times but everyone is safe! 🙏🏼

Finally we have a 3rd BOC trial date—March 18—excellent!

The doc/order was already posted...this is key — “The Court intends to try the case upon the final pretrial conference order, jury instructions, verdict form, and witness and exhibit lists used in the May 2024 trial.” — meaning all aspects of the last winning trial remain the same, except the jury.

It will be the 3rd jury to hear the same evidence—with Sheasby—which should lead them to the same conclusion. Will also be the 3rd trial attorney for Samsung, clearly indicating the losing position they’re in.

Hopefully Scarsi issues swift final judgment after another trial win and doesn’t allow Samsung to intervene and subvert the post trial process. Close the case and let them appeal, in the meantime all other litigation with Samsung can proceed as if Samsung has no license to Netlist patents.

Also yesterday, CAFC asked NLST/Micron for any scheduling conflicts for the 314 Patent case before the court orders Oral Hearings.

As well, all the briefings and paperwork have been filed in the 506 Patent case. CAFC should be asking for scheduling conflicts for that Oral Hearing case in the next week or so, as well.

Let's go.....

$NLST The 523 Patent case had some movement yesterday. William Milliken will be the arguing counsel for Netlist at the CAFC oral hearings and submitted a date of conflict.

He gave March 6, 2025 as conflicting with his schedule; he will be arguing a Markman Hearing (claims construction) on that date.

Might we get an Oral Hearing announcement on the 523 patent in the near future? It certainly has been long enough.

Netlist filed it's first conflict of schedule for oral hearings in April 2024. smh
