I won’t go into CIVET USA but they lied stating she would be the majority shareholder within two weeks. That’s #1 lie right out of the gate.

On July 22, 2024, the company entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Emilia Carpinsan for the acquisition of all shares of CIVET USA. As consideration for this acquisition, the company will issue 406,000 Preferred Shares to Emilia Carpinsan as soon as practicable. Full details of this transaction will be provided in the next quarterly report.

This was from Q2 subsequent events that they said was late because they wanted to show the “change of control”. Well it did not happen in “the next two weeks” from 7/25/24. It had not happened by 9/3/24 either. Well it not hard to figure out the statement that they wanted to show the change of control on Q2 subsequent events was bullshit cause it had not even taken place.
