It is also noteworthy to mention that ALL those buys (All 3 of those BUY transactions) where shares purchased at a significantly higher price per share than he has bought shares for over the last 5 years. Maybe ever....

The $17,470 is the total of the last three buys he did. One in June for $8435, in July for $4,675, and yesterday for $4360.... Not chump change by all means.

In the last 5 days Korenko has made two separate 50,000 purchases. Significance of these last 2 stock buys are they come immediately right after FDA interaction. And first time he has ever done so in such a short time span.....8 weeks ago he purchased 50,000 shares. Could there be additional purchases in the coming days and weeks? This is the first time that I know of where he purchased shares on the open market with such frequency. He is one of only a very select few individuals who knows with a certainty what lose ends are left to satisfy the FDA request. And what is required to meet those expectations. Read into it what you will but there is a old biblical cliche that couldn't be any closer to the truth....."Your actions will always follow your beliefs" .....I anticipate we will be hearing more from him any day now in the not so distant future.....

Yep, Dr. Korenko has now bought 100,000 shares this week.

50,000 shares he purchased yesterday, plus the 50,000 shares he bought earlier in the week. Total of 100,000 shares for him just this week alone.

The fact he has bought shares this week in two separate installments shows that he has “double-downed” on his confidence that IDE approval will happen.

At least Korenko advanced a product to the FDA for review. I know several companies on the major exchanges with decades long presence in the market with zero history of advancing anything in their pipeline beyond pre-clinial stage. You need to slow sown on your hypocritical passive aggressive jabs against Vivos. You have a penchant for overreacting and salivating at any opportunity to see the sp fall. If you don't like Korenko's management style that you feel adversely affects your investment in RDGL, perhaps you consider exiting your stake and moving on?

If everything was fine, IDE would be approved. Everything is not fine as the company isn't sure what more the FDA requires in the documentation. Hopefully, this issue is cleared up quickly, and they can re-submit the IDE and get it approved.

Probably will have the monthly update Monday or Tuesday. That may give us some information/updates on where they are in the process.

Best to ignore those that claim to sell and then return to the board to spread FUD.
