They haven't even started the experiments.

They are "discussing" them. That takes time.

Then they have to form parameters to implement them. That takes time.

Then how long do the actual experiments take? More time.

Then after that, maybe they arrive at some kind of licensing agreement, more time.

They just keep kicking the can down the road, while all along the shareholder investment dwindles.

If they sold any, it was a tiny amount. What $5000 worth? Might as well be zero, and we have no way of knowing because they don't itemize revenues by Product Sales on their filings. I'd like to see them brag about how few ABBIE kits they've sold, when they touted it would be Millions. I'm sure they won't tell us, because it would be utterly embarrassing.

These guys have lost all credibility as far as I'm concerned.

Management has utterly destroyed the Stock, and disrespected all shareholders and stakeholders.

hey hl, I get the frustration/ disappointment, are you sure that no Kits were shipped before they made their decision to only sell licenses ?

Ironically, this is probably the most honest/accurate statement they've made in years.

Over the past several years, we've all seen plenty of instances where the Company makes a bold statement about something (Buyback, CBD, Brainwise, the SD Facility, etc.) with grandiose predictions about what it will mean, only to walk it back and walk away when they realize that there are broader implications. It sounds like this time around maybe, just maybe, they began to consult with appropriate SMEs to get a picture of how best to monetize ABBIE. Granted, they still managed to shoot first and ask questions later, but it sounds like they might have a chance to reload and give it a go.

Curious to see if they continue to slap the Ask in their accumulation or just Bid sit.

In other words, we haven't recognized any Revenues from ABBIE yet, and don't anticipate any revenues from ABBIE "Licensing" anytime soon. (Even though last year we forecasted Millions in ABBIE kit Revenues in 2024) Got it.

This is why people are impatient. No Revenues from ABBIE yet, lies about revenue generation, another change in direction...Momentum was not upward, but downward...Management has tanked the pps due to their over-promises, They still can't tell us when anything will result from ABBIE.

Gummies and OTC. That's it for revenues. Guess they had to tell us this before they release a lackluster Annual Report. Frustrating for me, can't speak for anyone else.

I was always in the camp that was just sell ANYTHING, kits or licenses, and as you said announce it immediately.having said that what disturbed me the most is how long we waited as the traditional carrot was dangled.....

This latest debacle is 1000% on management. There is no good reason that this announcement should be coming out this late (unless this decision really did come at the last second, which is troubling in and of itself).

That said, it's not all terrible. They did make the announcement before the Q1 results, which is a solid step forward. Further, I believe that a pure licensing model makes waaaaay more sense than making and selling kits - they can avoid the manufacturing costs and any potential liability associated therewith.

Given this shift, the Company NEEDS to issue a PR as soon as they have a FINAL, SIGNED CONTRACT, and they need to include some numbers. No more of this 'negotiating' or 'term sheet' bullshit.

It's nice to see the products listed on Walmart's website. I was also looking at the Amazon listings and it shows that they ship from Amazon. Meaning that they must have an inventory already built up to fulfil demand.

Now, how much demand will there be? We will find out in the coming quarters.

What do you see as the biggest change from Pink Current to OTCID ?

Many of the requirements, including the disclosure necessary to qualify for the OTCID Basic Market, will remain largely the same as the existing disclosure requirements for Pink Current Information.

Will there still be a market for sub-OTCID? I can't see it all going away but other than SOHM, I'm not much in pink. Maybe one other.

Frankly, I'm fine with staying at this tier, as long as they go fully reporting. A move to QB is feasible, but the cap tables start to get problematic (Bid must be over a penny, so a $20MM market cap with the current share structure...feels like big stretch). No chance we see QX without a reverse split; ditto Nasdaq.
