You can have buys on the ask and the chart and Ratio of the Stock be at Neutral and this is what has happened today go look at the time stamps/charting!!

As previously reported in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on January 3, 2024, on December 27, 2023, we filed a Certificate of Change (the “December 2023 Certificate”) with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada (the “Nevada Secretary of State”), that purported to implement a reverse stock split to reduce our authorized and outstanding shares of common stock by a ratio of 1 for 6,250 and our authorized and outstanding shares of preferred stock by a ratio of 1 for 10 and make proportional adjustments to our authorized common stock and preferred stock. wow someone just gave up 14 million shares for nothing for tax loss, wow, they could be really sorry on that one. So stupid.

Im dying to know if anything is going to become of what they are doing with the ticker so we can maybe recoup some of our money. I sold a good portion of shares near the bottom so this is a big loss. I believed in every way that this was going to be a successful venture and dont regret my decision to invest. A lot of big transportation companies went out of business, and this was one of them.

Are TLSS and GSTC merging PumperPot? Since they both will soon be at .0000 the merger should be very easy. Here are my observations of both stocks since you have been buying and pumping both of them for the past 2 years...

It is near impossible to raise funds in pennyland unless u have concrete proof to show the lender. 
IMO, they will get current with their fins, trade again, r/s and then reverse merger.
