If those PRs are true...JB has a pattern of behavior that is fairly easy to follow when it comes to marketing and promoting. All of this came to a halt in June 2024. Why?

Most are believing UBQU made the decision in less than 90 days to acquire a company where they never met the owner face-to-face, they did no due diligence to speak of (if they had, they would have seen the debt the company has to vendors who have not been paid), and then tried to pump the stock up - like they do all of their other "acquisitions." But these same UBQU people can't complete filings for a change of leadership?

I'm not sure why the debt ballooned - I would guess it has something to do with Paul Benz providing funds to IO at $30K-$50K every 6-8 weeks. The question that should be asked...are there promissory notes attached to these funds? Are they gifts? Did UBQU complete the wires, or did Paul Benz do the wires?

Most of you who are not so optimistic and "hoping" you haven't been scammed, are asking the right questions...but you're trusting the answers you're given. JB is a master at manipulation...he's kicking the can down the road. Meanwhile, most of you go looking for the can.

The press release on March 6 states that UBQU acquired I O (the LOI news release was Jan 24). So are you saying this was false information?

Also, UBQUs long term debt also ballooned after this announcement. What else would have generated the increase?

There never was an acquisition.

Over 8 months since the formal acquisition of IO, and still no details of the deal. And, the PR machine has completely dried up. Why?

"Innovator Outcomes" was a spelling error. I meant "Innovative Outcomes". Innovative Outcomes was printed on the truck in very large lettering. Tell me, If transporting their product is not in their business model, then how do they get their products to market? Do they mail their products by UPS? IMO

The name is Innovative Outcomes - and no, they do not have trucks or transportation…as that is not the business model.

One good thing I saw last week in Fort Walton Beach Florida..An Innovator Outcomes 18 wheeler truck driving West through this city in North West Florida. They must have their own transportation distribution system and network. It was nice to see that. Todays date..Nov11,2024. This is what I saw.

Why should they do a reverse split when they are making revenue and possibly a profit. I say no reverse split and expand business operations. Also, they should get bought out by band-aid brand bandages. That will enable band-aid full coverage for hospital bandages and home use bandages.

We all want everything done months ago. I can tell you things are happening and news and announcements are coming.

This was to me on Monday from JB. Take it the way you want to. We'll see soon hopefully what he meant.

I'm guessing EoY tax loss selling might be current reason for large ASK.  

With the real markets doing well, it makes sense to sell (or try to sell) losers to offset gains.  

Without any news or updates and no bid, this one is a loser. 

The 60 to 90 day mark for the change in leadership would have been Oct 7th through November 6th, based on the Aug 8th X post. So, it is now overdue.

I have been watching IMTL, which had the same change in leadership message posted at the same time. Nothing happening there either.

Also, how does Kevin go from posting multiple times a week, to lights out for over a month?
