How else can this be explained? The constant posting from Humble with so much evidence that IO is not even functioning from their office building (which is for sale or sold) can only prove the insiders want to cover up the truth.
How anyone can be buying shares with this information is beyond me. They want you to buy shares to put money in their pockets until they can come up with their next story to create volume. Or until the stock loses it's Pink Current status and goes EM.
JB could set the record straight if all of this is not true but chooses to remain silent other than constantly saying news is coming. Which plays into the scenario of going as long as he can to sell as many shares as he can.
In the mean time we have to endure Humble's nonsensical constant posting to cover up our postings of reality.

UBQU 2024 Year in Review

Started 2024 with No Bid, ended 2024 with No Bid

Had no real functioning business yet were able to dilute almost 3 Billion of new shares and add $1.8m of new debt.  

The filings have been a joke, so don't expect any real disclosure explaining anything.  After all, any truthful disclosure will self-incriminate.

You misspelled pump & dump.

They also added around 1.8 million in debt in the spring, so if no acquisition took place, where did the debt come from? Be nice for Ballas to answer that q.

Since we are all guessing. And I am not accusing anybody of anything but with a new direction, how can they justify the 2.7 billion shares added to the O/S and just walk away from IO?
Again , 2.7 billion shares sold, the money had to go somewhere with nothing to show for it. Is that even legal?

That is crazy to think about Scratch, 31 Billion shares (approx $3.1 million), and not a single thing to show for it, accept for a bunch of worthless PRs.

The captain of IO (Kevin Lamb) was one of the first to abandon ship to save his own financial neck, leaving behind a few to close the doors and sell the building.  I wonder what Forbes would say about him today, especially with his history of bankruptcies and trail of lawsuits. 

I am curious how they will justify the almost 3 billion shares that were issued in 2024 and what we have to show for it now.
Clearly those billions of shares went into their pockets when they created volume from the IO story. And I do say "story" because we still don't know where anything is with the supposed purchase of IO.
It is shaping up to be the same results as Hemplife, Crypto, Cannazall and now IO. This all is 31 billion shares later in the last 6 years or so.
They literally blew through 31 billion shares with nothing to show for it for the shareholders. It all went into the insiders pockets.

What news and announcements can possibly make any difference to the share price anymore? This why they are remaining silent. They have nothing other than trying to string this out as long as they can to sell shares.

Someone, or some group, should be asking for documentation. There are SEC requirements for reporting on acquisitions.

The April 10th press release claims IO is a subsiderary of UBQU. So I wonder how the lawsuits against IO did not become UBQUs responsibility.
If the acquisition did not take place, how could Ballas get away with the press releases claiming so?

There were and are multiple issues with the....

I know you don't believe this) but I will tell you once again to be patient and watch what Kevin does for the company and the stock.

There were and are multiple issues with the UBQU and IO deal:

1. Neither side did their due diligence in the other.
2. I’ll say it again, there was no acquisition of IO. Had there been, UBQU would have been named in the multiple lawsuits.
3. With no actual acquisition, does that constitute securities fraud? I have no idea.
4. JB and Benz (PB for certain), have a history of pump and dump according to SEC investigations/findings.
5. I think JB met connected with someone he had no idea is better at screwing people to an KL (the multiple pending litigation and judgements show).
6. They’ve gone social media silent because they have no idea what to do, or how to explain the situation without exposure.

Just my assessment of the situation based on my knowledge of events.

The Company PHIL with a much worse share structure continues to outperforme UBQU.  .0001 to .0005.  It can be done just need a CEO who can get the job done

Let's just say the truth and facts hurts the stock price.

In the course of a month, the insiders make decent money by selling into the drips and drabs from the volume of people buying. That is why the insiders always say news is coming. It's to keep the hopes alive and gets unsuspecting people to buy. That is why the insiders are always looking for the next story to tell. The more they can make it believable, the more they can get people to buy.

IO was a good story for a while until it wasn't. What will be the next story they will try to spin? Stay tuned for that or EM.

I dont think we are posting negatively, just post truth and facts.  I really don't see any new money coming in while in No Bid.  Why would anyone buy shares of UBQU when there is no market to sell?

There are way too many better issues to invest in (or gamble on) than a 0.00001 valued UBQU. 

My prediction is that the Bots will post more than we do. Humble here and New Stock Millionaire on X.

It is all about trying to suppress anything negative about the stock so the insiders can sell shares. My post will be buried in a very short time after I post.

Buying the stock is silly but unsuspecting people will still buy it. That is why Humble keeps the newbies in the dark.

No Runs, no Hits and one huge ERROR…

UBQU tried merging or buying or whatever with Innovative Outcomes (IO) only to find out IO was deep in debt, did not have anywhere near the reportedly $5M in revenues, and was knee deep in lawsuits by vendors, suppliers and their lawn care guy. IO CEO went to work for the competitor and their building facility was put up for sale.

Any predictions for 2025…???
