Well, good news for you so far. Someone, or some group, (maybe t53 and his followers???) are manipulating the SP upward. Today there have been 27 sell orders and only 7 buy orders, but it's going green. Just another day in the OTC clown show.

The thing is that the all of the NSAV tokens are only available on their exchange, and within their ecosystem, which no one uses or is a part of. Outside of it they are worthless. I cant find anything about these coins on coingecko which should be a red flag.
