Kona at one point was using alkm a company that specialized in purification and drinks for some bottling of there different gold drinks in the past. I would think these guys would keep up with supply didn’t know if anyone knows any thing about that. I have watched both companies for years.

In the past, they have eliminated some debt through issuance of warrants, or by giving debt holders a lot of shares, resulting in further dilution of the stock. In one instance they promised a debt holder a huge portion of profits from future sales of product. I bet that one is pissed.

In any case, I do not believe it will be good for current shareholders.

I would rely on historical trends to choose between those two explanations. Enough said?

I know that the Joint Venture was announced back then , what I'm saying is, Kona Gold says they got a production run and then no response from the manufacturer. BUT THE MANUFACTURER IS SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO BOOST PRODUCTION BY 5X from there PR just a few days ago.
So either they took on much more business from someone else or Kona is pulling our leg about the reason for delays in production.

The "high demand" is probably a large number of unhappy shareholders demanding they stop getting high and actually put out some product.

"High demand" would indicate there are sales. Has anyone here seen it for sale anywhere?

i called the number from there and got RM mgt.

I asked to speak to a Kona rep and went to vm of a woman.

Called the number on Surge website (which has no mention of Kona aquisition) thinking it is a Kona company, and again, RM mgt. Note - CEO of Surge is CEO of Kona but OTC has Covert mgt as the CEO/CFO

Researched RM mgt ... it is an LLC in Fla managed by Robert Clark.

Of course all could have some 'reasons' but in seeking to find out ...can not get a response.

I assume this means substantial returns to the debt holders. Clearly the value of the company expressed in its capitalization, ongoing dilution, and share value for common holders has been terrible. So the phrasing seems to indicate that the priority is the opportunity for debt holders and those awarded options/convertibles and not common holders?
