Point 2: I very much doubt that, especially as the company would have gone public with this success story a long time ago. Don't you think so?

Point 3: May also be quite possible, especially since “announcing without implementing” has been part of the company's standard program up to now.

Like you say "Maybe". There are several ways MVNT can save the day.

First, of course, they have to file the 2024FY report before Nov. 15.

Second would be to report "significant" revenues for FY2024.

Third would be to forecast significant revenues for FY2025.

Finally, the real kicker would be to announce their intention to merge with or acquire Velocity or indeed, any other entity with significant revenues.

MVNT never announced why the acquisition of Velocity was not completed in 2019 when it was first announced!

This question has come through my mind as well… they have quite a few very leading tweets that indicate sales are good, the future is bright, expansion is coming etc and all Without the disclaimers you’d see in an actual PR “forward looking” statements protections. Needless to say I have archived all their tweets if they’re ever needed.

Some folks like to post positive opinions on MVNT.

Don't know what their motives are, but for 5 years, they have all been basically wrong.

The FACTS regarding MVNT revenues paint a completely different picture. The highest annual revenues ever posted for MVNT was just slightly over $1M in FY2022. FY2023 revenue was back under $1M ($868K).

Does anyone here really believe that all of a sudden MVNT will report significant revenues for FY2024? And by significant revenues I mean more than $3M. And this is despite the announcement last year of a $10M+ contract with PEMEX. I'm thinking most of that revenue will go to MVNT's joint partners.

Anyway, any truly important material news from MVNT is way past due imho.

That's my rant for today.

The company certainly treats its customers just as unprofessionally as it treats its shareholders. How else can the years of ridiculously low sales explained if not with this?!

4. Get current.
5. Provide updates with revenue projections.

All is well and the stock skyrockets.

You've assumed that Linh cares about MVNT share price.

Previous experience shows that assumption is likely false.

The only time Linh will care about MVNT price is when he is ready to sell his business. That might not happen for another 10-15 years or longer.

I don't think anyone on this board is going to hold MVNT shares for that long. Not even I. LOL
